This little program is designed to kill off unruly programs (processes). Be warned that DLLs loaded by the program being terminated will not be notified that you've killed off the program that started them. The program should work well under most any version of Windows from 95 onward, including XP and Vista.
Keep in mind that we will not be responsible for anything bad that happens to you for using this program. It is truly a last resort kind of utility. The program is very easy to use, just click the name of the process (program) in the list box on the left and then click the button labeled Kill Process. This button is disabled when the program first starts and enables itself when a process is clicked in the list.
This is a "power user" utility, so it doesn't ask questions. It presumes you know what you're doing. So if you decide to kill off something that crashes Windows, we won't be responsibile for the results. You have been warned!!
The program will very cheerfully kill itself. So if you want to test it on something, just click prckiller.exe near the bottom of the list, then kill it. It disappears like magic!
Here's a picture of the program's main screen. It's free to anybody, although we still retain the copyright. So no posting it on a website please! We hope you like the new look and feel. We're updating all of our software to look like the new interfaces being written now.
